About The Department

The department of Sanskrit is introduced to provide the knowledge of ancient Indian philosophy, literature, science etc. Department always helps the students to bring out the talent and develop the proficiency of the language.

Project

This is to state that I, Shree Rajdeep Dutta, Guest lecturer, department of Bengali, have permitted to carry on a Research Project on behalf of Bengali Department under the financial assistance of New Alipore College Research Cell. The title of the project is "Shantiniketaner Sthapatyashilpa"(Architecture Of Shantiniketan) and the project head is Dr Shiti Kumari Kundu, head, dept of Bengali.

The project is being carried on successfully.
